What we do, and what it costs
Every engagement runs to the same standard: scope honestly, build properly, stand behind the work. AI automation sits inside the flagship Software & SaaS practice — with published prices and written exclusions.
AI Automation
Fixed-scope automation for companies across Canada and the United States, engineered in Toronto. Every engagement has a published price, a stated timeline, and a written list of what is not included.
- Readiness Assessment — 2 weeks, CAD $12,500
- Fixed-Scope Agent Pilot — 6–8 weeks, from CAD $22,000
- Resident Care & Hosting — from CAD $2,500/month
- Document intake, MCP servers, on-prem LLM, cost audits
Where it runs
Canadian regions, U.S. regions, your own cloud tenancy, or your own hardware. Chosen per engagement and written into the contract — so a residency question never stalls your procurement.
Trust & securityFrom first call to monthly care
Every step has a published price and a stated length, and every one can end with “don’t”. You can stop after any of them.
Prices in Canadian dollars, as published on the AI automation services page.
First call · free
You describe the process and bring your volume number. If an off-the-shelf tool solves it, we say so and the call ends there.
Advisory hour · CAD $195
For when you want the hour to be about your architecture, a vendor quote or a build-vs-buy question. Notes are written up afterwards, and the fee is credited against a Blueprint or Assessment booked within 30 days.
Blueprint or Readiness Assessment
The Automation Blueprint (CAD $4,500, one to two weeks) is advisory: a recommendation you can take to any vendor. The Readiness Assessment (CAD $12,500, two weeks) measures your real volume, tests a real sample, and ends in a fixed-price build proposal or a written recommendation not to build. It is credited in full against a build within 90 days.
Build · fixed scope
Scope, price and exclusions are written into the statement of work before any code exists. The Fixed-Scope Agent Pilot is from CAD $22,000 over six to eight weeks; Product Builds start at CAD $55,000. Source, infrastructure definitions and a runbook are handed over.
Resident Care · monthly
Hosting in the region you chose, monitoring and incident response, and your evaluation set re-run on a schedule: CAD $2,500, $5,000 or $9,000 a month, on a 12-month term with a 60-day exit. Or take it in-house; nothing stops you.
Which service fits the problem
Start from what is actually happening at your desk, not from the technology. If two rows fit, the first call sorts it out — and if none do, that is an answer too.
| If this is the problem | Start with | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Documents arrive and a person retypes them into a system | Intelligent document processing → | Invoices, claims and forms read, validated against your rules and written to your system; the odd case goes to a person. |
| People ask the same questions of the same documents | AI knowledge base (RAG) → | Answers from your own documents, with a citation on every claim and an honest “I don’t know”. |
| One process runs across several systems and needs decisions on the way | AI agents for business → | One process end to end, with guardrails, a human handoff and a stop condition. |
| You want Claude, Copilot or Cursor to reach your internal systems | MCP server development → | Your systems as scoped tools, with per-user identity and an audit trail. |
| The data cannot leave your own walls | Private LLM (on-premise) → | Open-weight models on your own hardware or in a private tenancy you control. |
| AI is already in production and the bill is climbing | LLM cost & reliability audit → | A prioritised list of findings, each with its evidence and an estimated monthly saving. |
| A linear chain of API calls, and staff who will maintain it | n8n implementation → | A workflow engine you own, when that is the honest answer. |
| You are not sure yet | AI automation consulting →, or the fit check → | Advice on whether to automate at all, from the person who would build it — or five questions and the arithmetic, in your browser. |
Software Development & SaaS
Custom software, web and mobile applications, AI integration and automation, and SaaS product development — engineered end to end by the same person who scopes it, then supported after launch.
- Internal tools, platforms & integrations
- Web & mobile applications, shipped end to end
- Practical AI & automation, honest limits stated up front
- SaaS builds — auth, billing, admin, the whole product
Who it's for
Businesses that need software built or rescued; founders who want a SaaS product shipped by someone who runs their own; teams drowning in manual work that automation could remove.
Multimedia & Entertainment
Story-driven content where craft meets distribution. We run our own media properties — Quintarth for finance, QNI Dossier for technology, and the flagship Quintessentia channel — and bring the same production discipline to partner work: video production, digital content, and brand storytelling.
What we produce
Finance and technology video coverage, explainer and review formats, short-form derivatives, and content systems that publish consistently — because a channel that posts twice and dies helps nobody.
Every engagement runs to the same standard
Scope honestly, build properly, stand behind the work — whichever practice you come to us for.
Scope honestly
Every engagement has a published price, a stated timeline, and a written list of what is not included — and where AI is involved, the honest limits are stated up front.
Build properly
Custom software, web and mobile applications, AI integration and automation, and SaaS product development — engineered end to end by the same person who scopes it.
Stand behind the work
Software and SaaS work is supported after launch, and an automation build can continue on monthly Resident Care & Hosting in the region you chose.
Questions worth asking first
Each answer restates what is set out above, or what the trust page states about residency and certification.
What does an AI automation engagement cost?
Every engagement has a published price, a stated timeline, and a written list of what is not included. The Readiness Assessment is CAD $12,500 over two weeks, the Fixed-Scope Agent Pilot is from CAD $22,000 over six to eight weeks, and Resident Care & Hosting is from CAD $2,500 a month; every other price is on the AI automation services page.
Where does it run, and where does our data live?
Canadian regions, U.S. regions, your own cloud tenancy, or your own hardware. It is chosen per engagement and written into the contract — so a residency question never stalls your procurement. The trust page names the specific regions: AWS ca-central-1 (Montreal) or Azure Canada Central (Toronto) in Canada, and AWS or Azure U.S. regions for U.S. clients.
Are you SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?
No. Quintessentia Network Inc. is not SOC 2 certified and is not ISO 27001 certified. We are a small, owner-operated Canadian firm serving clients in Canada and the United States, and if your procurement process requires either certification from every vendor we will not pass it today — we would rather you learn that here than three meetings in. What we offer instead is documented practice, data residency in the country you choose, contractual commitments, and the option to run everything inside your own infrastructure.
What kind of software work do you take on?
Internal tools, platforms and integrations; web and mobile applications shipped end to end; practical AI and automation with the honest limits stated up front; and SaaS builds — auth, billing, admin, the whole product. It is engineered end to end by the same person who scopes it, then supported after launch.
Do you only produce content for your own channels?
No. We run our own media properties — Quintarth for finance, QNI Dossier for technology, and the flagship Quintessentia channel — and we bring the same production discipline to partner work: video production, digital content, and brand storytelling.
