CAD per hour, booked in single hours. Bring an architecture, a vendor quote or a build-vs-buy argument and get a straight answer from the person who would build it. Notes written up afterwards, and the fee is credited against a Blueprint or Assessment booked within 30 days.
The first call is still free and still costs you nothing — this is for when you want the hour to be work.
