AI automation,
engineered in Canada.
For mid-market companies across Canada and the United States whose processes have outgrown no-code tools but don't warrant a $60,000-a-year enterprise platform. Fixed scope, fixed price — and your data stays in the region you choose.
Three ways to start.
Priced before you call.
Engagements · 01
Automation Blueprint

- Build, run, and cost-per-task at your volume
- Named alternatives — including buying instead
- A recommendation you can take to any vendor
Automation Readiness Assessment
$12,500CAD · Two weeks, fixed price · credited in full against a build within 90 days- Process inventory across one department
- Real task volume and current cost per task
- Top 3 automation candidates ranked by payback

- Runbook and full source handover
Fixed prices, not estimates-in-disguise — scope and exclusions are written down before anyone signs. Larger: Product Builds from $55,000, Platform Builds from $120,000, or licence an engine we already run from $50,000 plus $2,000 a month. After launch: Resident Care from $2,500 a month, Continuous Build from $5,500, Priority Build from $12,000. See all nine engagements →
Smaller: an advisory hour is CAD $195, credited against a Blueprint or Assessment booked within 30 days; fixed-scope advisory engagements start at CAD $4,500, and the minimum build engagement is CAD $9,500. Rates verified 23 August 2026.
Four steps, and you can stop after any of them
No retainer and no minimum term. Each step produces something you own whether or not you continue to the next one.
Book a scoping callA call, and an honest answer
You describe the process and bring your volume number. If an off-the-shelf tool solves it, we say so and the call ends there — that costs you nothing, and it happens more often than you would expect.
The readiness assessment
Two weeks, fixed price. We measure your real volume, your current cost per task, and what accuracy is achievable on your actual documents — then rank the candidates by payback. Credited in full against a build.
Fixed scope, written exclusions
One process, end to end, in production. Scored against a held-out set you helped label, at a threshold agreed before anyone writes code. Source, infrastructure definitions and runbook handed over.
Or take it in-house
Monthly hosting and care in the region you chose, with your evaluation set re-run on a schedule. Or run it yourself — the handover session is included and there is no runtime licence.
Where your data lives is your decision
Most AI automation platforms process your data on infrastructure you don't choose, in a country you didn't pick. If you're a health information custodian, a law firm, a credit union, a municipality or a regulated U.S. business, that's not a preference — it's the gate. We deploy where your obligations require, in Canada or the United States.
We ship our own production systems.
Not slideware.

Built with tools you can name
No black box, no proprietary runtime you cannot leave. The stack is ordinary on purpose, so another engineer can pick it up when we are not here.
Our own products, in production
Quintarthai and IMS. These are our own products — not client engagements. Client case studies get published as engagements complete.
A Canadian region — AWS ca‑central‑1 Montreal or Azure Canada Central Toronto — a U.S. region, your own cloud tenancy, or your own hardware. Named in the contract.
Every price is published on this site. No quote-gate, and no discovery call to find out whether you can afford us.
The fit check runs entirely in your browser, takes no email address, and will tell you not to hire us when the numbers do not work.

Software that earns its keep
- Custom software development — internal tools, platforms, and integrations built to your workflow, not a template.
- Web & mobile applications — responsive, accessible products shipped end to end.
- AI integration & automation — practical LLM and automation work that removes real hours, not buzzwords.
- SaaS product development — from validation to launch, including the products we build and run ourselves.
Discover
We scope the real problem before quoting the work.
Design
Architecture and UX agreed up front, in writing.
Build
Short cycles, working software every week.
Ship & support
Launch is the start — we maintain what we build.
Built like a system, not a brochure
Every product we ship follows the same architecture discipline: clear boundaries, observable services, and data layers designed before the first line of code.
No proprietary runtime and no licence to keep paying. Everything above is something your own team can hire for, or that we hand over and walk away from.
Questions worth asking first
If yours is not here, the scoping call is free and you are not obliged to buy anything at the end of it.
What does an engagement actually cost?
Every price is published on this site — there is no quote-gate. An advisory hour is $195 and is credited against either advisory engagement booked within 30 days, the advisory Automation Blueprint is $4,500, the two-week Readiness Assessment is $12,500 and is credited in full against a build inside 90 days, the fixed-scope Agent Pilot is $22,000, specialist builds start at $15,000, Product Builds at $55,000 and Platform Builds at $120,000. Minimum build engagement is CAD $9,500. The fit check gives you the arithmetic before you talk to anyone.
What if automation is not worth it for us?
Then we say so. The fit check runs entirely in your browser, takes no email address, and will tell you not to hire us when the numbers do not work. On a scoping call, if an off-the-shelf tool solves your problem, that is the answer you get.
Where does our data actually live?
In a region you choose and we name in the contract — a Canadian region (AWS ca-central-1 Montreal or Azure Canada Central Toronto), a U.S. region, your own cloud tenancy where you hold the keys and the bill, or your own hardware on-premise using open-weight models.
How do you measure whether it works?
Against a held-out set drawn from your real operation and labelled by someone in your business who knows the domain. It is frozen, and its size and pass threshold are agreed in the contract before development starts. We never train or tune on it, and we report the failures alongside the score.
Do we get the source code?
Yes. Source, infrastructure definitions and a runbook are handed over, and the handover session is included. There is no runtime licence, and nothing stops you taking it in-house on day one.
Are you SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?
No, and we say so plainly on the trust page rather than letting a procurement questionnaire discover it. We are a small, owner-operated Canadian firm. If your procurement requires either certification we will not pass it today — and we would rather tell you now than three meetings in.
Which process is costing you the most?
Tell us the workflow, the monthly volume, and where your data is allowed to live. You'll get an honest read on whether automating it pays back — and we'll say so if it doesn't.
